Terms and Conditions
By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions hereinunder:
1. Accommodation Details
- All rooms are twins sharing basis with buffet breakfast, except for Limkokwing Hostel Rooms.
- Booking confirmation is based on the availability of the rooms.
- Booking will be confirmed upon receiving full payment.
- Booking Dateline: 15 March 2025 (GMT+8) due to high demand and festive seasons.
2. Room Allocation and Requests
- Requests for specific room types, such as single or double occupancy, or special room features, will be considered, subject to availability and additional charges but are not guaranteed.
- In the event that your selected room type becomes unavailable after payment, we will provide accommodation of equal standard at no additional cost to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
- Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Requests for specific room types, such as single or double occupancy, or special room features, will be considered, subject to availability and additional charges but are not guaranteed.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Hotel Check-in time is from 3.00PM onwards and Check-out time is before 12.00PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The Customer is responsible for complying with all hotel policies, including but not limited to noise restrictions, smoking policies, and the appropriate behaviour.
4. Transportation Services
- The free shuttle service is applicable only for people booking the accommodation for minimum 3 nights.
- The price quoted is Nett inclusive of Airport shuttle services only for KLIA 1 and KLIA 2 pick-up and drop-off, shuttle services between hotel & event hall and all taxes.
- The shuttle service from hotel to the event hall will be provided only at the specified time (tentatively 7.30AM from the hotel to the event hall and 6.30PM from event hall to the hotel).
5. Transportation Rules and Responsibilities
- TransGlobal team will coordinate the scheduled transportation times. The Customer is responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location on time.
- While every effort will be made to ensure punctuality, TransGlobal is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Customer must adhere to any transportation-related rules and guidelines set forth by TransGlobal, including, but not limited to, capacity limits, behaviour expectations, and safety protocols.
- Transglobal reserves the right to deny transportation services to any Customer or guest whose behaviour is disruptive or violates safety regulations.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Refunds are not available for the cancellation made by the customers after payment has been made.
7. Liability and Force Majeure
- TransGlobal will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control, including delays, accidents, or force majeure events.
- TransGlobal reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings if circumstances require. In such cases, the Customer will be notified promptly and offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.
- TransGlobal will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations as stated herein due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
By completing the booking process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
